https://www.hamradiodeals.co.uk/forums/index.php - Registration required but probably the best.
http://pub29.bravenet.com/classified/sh ... 2477864602 - free and pretty good.
http://www.radioclassifieds.co.uk/forum/index.php - Registration required. Not too busy a site but no illegal cb / 10mtr set allowed.
Paul.

Can't get into it. I have been banned & Christ knows why.
Tried to get in touch with the admin & nothing totally blanked.
What a way to run a sales site.

You have to give your callsign. I wonder whether they would accept 26TM439. Somehow I doubt it.SgtBilko302 wrote: ↑08 Mar 2020, 20:00 https://www.hamradiodeals.co.uk/forums/index.php - Registration required but probably the best.

Hi Otter. There are guys on there with just names like bigsam etc. It may be a new concept for new users but I doubt that because not all users on there are licensed.

I have a full license & used my call sign I was originally on the site with no problems the hay presto banned.
No idea why, no explanation just banned never to be revoked.
Nowt as strange as folk I suppose.
Any road up I use this & other sites with no problem.
Just to clarify HRD isn't the problem it's these tossers.

Hi Paul, to register now you have to give a callsign. Now I don't know the reason for that but if you can use one that's made up I don't see the point. Still, it's their site, they make the rules and I don't have to play if I don't want to.SgtBilko302 wrote: ↑19 May 2020, 19:02 Hi Otter. I don't want to play the game with those rules.

Re: Gear sale websites?
I know what you mean mate. Although it is the best site for buying / selling. Radio Classifieds is the same. They don't even allow the sale of illegal cb / 10mtr radio's. Don't even mention the radio is wide banded for 11mtrs.

Re: Gear sale websites?
In my opinion hamradiodeals (HRD) is very good indeed for buying and selling and there is a vast amount to be learned from the other sections on there as some of the members are incredibly knowledgeable.
They have changed requirements in recent times and you must now register with a valid ham radio callsign, this didn't use to be the case. I am not aware of any restrictions that apply to what you can sell on there radio wise and 'CB type equipment' does crop up occasionally.
