A very quick geographical search on the Ofcom database site, came up with this licence held by Bourne Leisure who run the Haven sites..

No idea if it is the caravan park you are after, so might be worth a bit more searching, but it is an awful site to navigate!

It's also answered in the North West thread where you posted a little over 11 hours previously.

It's not uncommon for people to post in more than one section, three sometimes as people use the scanning discussion board too, in the hope of getting noticed better, despite for thousands of us a big bright orange square appearing. If only asked why. The question was answered for you by two of us, and no sign of an acknowledgement, yet, for taking time to help you.

Haven at Prestatyn Sands, Wales are on 453.1000 & 453.850

453.100 is now digital. I only had a Baofeng with me so unsure whats being used.

Nothing heard on 453.850. they may be using two channels on one freq now.

Just been this weekend. Standard Haven really, nothing to write home about, but alright for a few days away. The beach is non-existent though, but decent for trainspotters, as there was more traffic than I expected on the line next to the site. Also top tip, take bikes with you, as the main entertainment complex can be quite a walk if you're on the extremes of the park. I reckon a good 15-10 min walk, or more after a few sherbets :-)
