Kamsat on eBay

Post by jkb »

Anyone else dealt with them? Just ordered a small Sirio with mag mount from them. Co-ax damaged, odd screws in the packet,no Allen key either? Antenna bag already open. All looked second hand.

I've had badly packed items, leading to them being damaged, and even the wrong radio being delivered. Their returns process is ok, but the efficiency probably comes from being used a lot.

I've purchased from them two times. First ok, second not ok, they messed about giving excuses to a missing part. In the end I gave up and will not buy from again.

I bought a PNI MIL160 aerial from them for about a tenner delivered about 18 months or more ago. It was the wrong price and should have been about £30 so I didn't complain. I went to buy another actually after thinking it looked good value, but they'd realised and put the price right.

I've also had cause to tell them that their picture of a Sirio 5000PL was actually the picture of a 5000 "Rigid" that no one yet sells in the UK, as I was after one at the time. They said I was right, but still didn't change the picture.

Mm all interesting guys thank you. They’ve asked for a photo which I’ve sent but they can’t see?
Reply’s are clearly not being sent from someone with English as their first language. Will definitely be giving them a miss.

They sent me emails all in upper-case letters, misspelled, and worded wrong. The asking for photos carry on l had and even after sending lots they then blamed their supplier for getting things wrong. As said l gave up in the end and put it down to experience.

I noticed he's pretty expensive. I was looking for a new antenna for the car and fancied the President Colorado but due to lockdown etc no one had them in stock except Kamsat. He wanted £100 for it. Normally £40 or £27 from PJ Box. He also wants £100 for a triple mag.

I bought my McKinley from them and at the time I got a very good price from them.
I've also had a few antennas from them with slightly different feelings for each

I also bought a antenna and magmount and had it sent to Argos for collecting.
Unfortunately the young girl who served me looked very embarrassed as it looked like a big dildo wrapped up

That's sooo embarassing for the poor young girl at Argos Dave.
Normally, your dildos are collected from Royal Mail's sorting office so they're used to you there ;)
