any0ne remember a girl on fm cb in 1981 from harborough called strawberry , or even myself marvin ? or easy clean from harborough cleaners ? we talking early 80's or even further back to am harborough days to 2 breakers called p.p [pretty polly] or traveling man ?

A truly great bloke and everyone in E Yorks must have known him on the CB and on 2metres especially on SSB.

He moved to the USA and his callsign changed from G1LEG to W1LEG.

At 56 brain tumour took my old friend ,on air from West Bromwich handle onyx personal Ade.
Had some awesome times mobile. 80s to 90s
Racing around care free in His Ford Sierra with for rs kit in nice green . His fave film cannonball run and Smokey n bandit.
Heck he knew all the words to both even did burts laugh.
73 my old mate.
