cracking scanner this has been from new i think its out off tune a bit as it doesn,t pick up the cb radios uk, any one know off a way to tune it or will i reset it thanx

Or maybe there is no one in your area in big 10-4 land. It drops to 25 mHz, so 26.960 - 27.995 in 10 kHz steps should get whats there, if anything.

Channel 19, or the closest you will get to 27.78125, is 27.780.

Odditties in frequencies like that are apparently down to Thatcher's government, who didn't want CB in this country in the first place, as it meant too much information being passed without them keeping tabs on it. Crime would soar etc.
