"owt fer nowt" was my old cb handel ater "woodburner" back in the good old days so ill keep the owt fer nowt because im still the same lol.......
going to do my foundation licence aswell as keep up with the cb, allways listned to just about every band, done sstv etc etc had a few "ham" mates and time is right now, kids left home, wife works, i still work but weekends well has to be radio and a few drinks, mobile at the moment 30year old motor home so thought cb would be in keeping, put it on (binatone 5*) got a copy right away, so got a alinco dx 135 (am,fm,usb,lsb) got to brazil other night on lsb still only 4W as i want my ham licence was tempted to turn up the power full but a good boy realy

p.s. skip was real good here in norfolk at weekend where i was all of europe and brazil was 5\9 had to turn rf gain down he was to loud used mt charlie tango call sign and he got right back to me, just need this one now ...............
