Radiosonde RS41

Post by bozzy » 07 Dec 2018, 12:48

Today I finally managed to receive my first Radiosonde signals (RS41) around 404mhz and decode with Rs41 Tracker V1.9.

The sound of the signals are very similar to many strong signals around 455 MHz, they even trigger the "Preamble" light in RS41 tracker but no data decoded.

Just to give an example, audio of Rs41 can be heard on the below link.

The signals around 455 have the same "hiss and beeb's"

Anyone any ideas what these similar signals are around 455 MHz please?

Bozzy
