All flypasts will begin from the aircraft holding zone in East Lothian and will be overhead the Castle at 9pm every night with the exception of the 4/8 flypast when the overhead will be at 7.30pm. Aircraft usually enter the hold around 30 minutes beforehand and can normally be heard working EDI Approach (121.2). All subject to weather and a/c serviceability of course !

Cheers Stu! As we both have heard, one of the participants are from 100sqn with a pair of hawks on the 14th. Others to be confirmed although rumours are beginning to spread that not just fast jets will take part!

Tonight’s (4/8) flypast is rumoured to be 1 x Puma and 1x A400M

A400 Atlas c/s Ascot 471 and Puma c/s Vortex 230 are currently working EDI App for tonight’s flypast

10th - 2x Eurofighter Typhoons - 9pm
14th - 3x Tucano and possible Puma - 9pm
24th - A400M - 9pm
