Welcome to the Forum, make yourself at home.

Are you an ex-pat or a Spanish national? in either event I look forward to hearing about how the radio scene is local to you.

Hi guys.. thanks!
I was waiting for an email notification of replies here but didn't get one.

I'm from UK.. retired now living near Valencia.
The local CB scene here is a tad quiet, mainly truckers and the odd cab. I hear a bit of international on SSB when the skip is up otherwise it's mainly calm. I do a lot of SW listening and I like to restore radios which I now have a little collection of.. keeps me busy :)

If you're into listening then its probably a blessing that its relatively quiet in your area.

anywho, great to have you on the forum. Maybe some of us might hear you on the air, or vice versa

 I'm about 80km SE of Valencia (most of the time). It's quiet here too but compare that to the UK Powerline epidemic I'm quite happy!!!

Yes agree.. it's definately much quieter here with RFI and noise.
I'm thinking we're in the same neighbourhood.. Gandia/Denia?
