A 934mhz Commtel radio to complete my little collection of them. Paid a bit more than I wanted to, but you know how addictive snipe-bidding can be ;)

Originally paid £50... But upon receiving it just floating around in the box, with no packaging/padding at all!?! {bnghd}

This resulted in marks/scratches from the 3 pin plug on the front fascia! :roll:

Plus one of the screw on banana caps missing, although this is apparently on it's way to me, but we shall see if it actually turns up...

But thankfully it still works. :wtf:

Seller gave me a partial refund of £20! :shh:

Plans are replace the fan and do the 'fan mod' and maybe add warm white leds to the meters! :thumbup:
Did they go out of there way by putting it in a box instead of a sturdy bin liner.
I bought a handheld in it's box but came wrapped up in brown tape.

So so annoying

Unfortunately some people appear to be unable (can't be bothered) to use or access common sense anymore!?! :crazy:

I Know it could do with a couple of buttons but doubt that the radio proformace will be effected by them being missing

Hope it sold just as cheap as it did the last time it was listed... Bit of a clean up, tested and the buttons replaced will make a cracking radio in the end. :thumbup:

Just bought a Mustang 1000 with swr meter and speaker off ebay for £16. I had a £5 voucher so it only cost me £11. It was sold as fully working so hopefully it will be ok.

One of these, but got it with free postage. The ad's now been amended to £10 postage so they must have made a boo-boo originally.
