Band 3 is between 175 and 225 MHz
Normally analog trunked systems covering large areas.
But believe there is going to be DMR available in this band soon.

Dozens. To many to list. Search 176mhz to 180mhz at 12.5khz steps, lock out the data channels, and in a couple of days you will find what you want.

I gave up on the street trains and buses due to plenty of the pre transmission prolonged "warbling engine" sound, making the DMR (Road drill) sound bearable!
