Morning all, a few years back i used to be able to hear the motor-point arena ( Cardiff International Arena) and show-sec on UK General but they have since moved does any body have the Freq for these? ive searched the WTR to no avail? i would imagine they are now DMR... but any frequencies would be greatly appreciated

just had a quick search on here and found 456.0125 show sec... is this still in use on DMR? and would this be a national frequency as this was for another show up north?

It's one of several Short Term Hire frequencies allocated for Trunked systems (though experience says these allocations aren't always used exclusively just for Trunked systems) see http://www.2e0jps.com/radio/scanning/sh ... retrunked/ for others.

i think i need to get the old SDR and laptop out one night when there is a concert at the motorpoint and find out for sure... as i know the motorpoint use radios constantly for various teams, cleaners, rigging, security, parking, etc...

or keep an ear for high numbered talkgroups on CRS CAP+

Don't know if it's helpful but I have 165.9250 in the scanner as Cardiff Events and it's active this morning but very weak here in West Cardiff, can just make out a female asking about parking.
