DMR Glasgow Community officers on 166.775 ?

listening over sat night 20th dec 15, some sort of street security patrolling Glasgow streets on DMR 166.775
they are NOT the usual street pastors found on UHF, the refer to themselves as C.O's .. some kind of officer no doubt..

like the pastors the help the drunk and assaulted etc, and the report to a control center..
but they seem more professional..
they each totaled up the number and type of incidents they attended at the end of their shifts.

they all were told to stand down and " muster" at 5am
any ideas anyone ?

they are also reporting break ins, etc as well as helping the mugged and drunk, they were with a lone drunk female for a while to make sure she got a taxi safely.. pretty handy folk..
