Anybody know the wiring of a astatic d104 mike to a rotel rvc-220 radio,

From what I see on various diagrams.

Solder connections of plug facing you, with the dimple at the bottom.

Bottom right is audio, white
Top right is screen and blue
Top left is black
Bottom left is red
