Foundation Exam
Hi to all. Having done my Practical Assessments I'm sitting my Foundation Licence Exam tonight in Grantham.
I'll let you know how I get on, I'm looking forward to getting OTA
Just a word of thanks to M0CVO for his assistance and to all the chaps at the South Kesteven Amateur Radio Society (see you all tomorrow evening - hopefully with good news)

Re: Foundation Exam
Good luck for tonight. I'm sure you won't need it. Don't forget to thank the Grantham Amateur Radio Club for putting the exam on for you. We are having a meeting a week on Tuesday which you are more than welcome to come along too. Unfortunately this meeting won't be held in a noisy pub! you are also more than welcome to come along to Museums on the air. We will be activating Cranwell Aviation Centre with the call GB2CAM. We are on facebook and also http://garc.org.uk/. Stewart

Re: Foundation Exam
Best of luck digbydog.
In just under 26 hrs, I'll be doing my exam.
So best I get onto hamtests and the notes.

Re: Foundation Exam
I'd better learn to walk before I run. Plan on doing a bit with VHF/UHF to start with then - when funds permit - get set up with HF. Looking forward to pursuing the hobby
