164.6375 - Eemits Communications Repeater (very busy throughout the day - taxis, care workers, Stockton council)

164.4500 - Eemits Communications Repeater (very busy throughout the day - taxis, care workers, Stockton council)
Does anyone know if these freqs. are still in use? I have tried to receive them before asking, all I'm getting on the 164. freqs is a data / digi (mototrbo?) tone, so may go to explain that one.

Have not heard any transmissions off 'Ron Perry' for a long time.

Thanks.

May have to look at this DSD software a bit closer. Been in the hobby for a few years now, and as you may know, there is one major user loss per year.
