It's good to hear a Swede 'Arthur Bliss' himself, as poor old 'CBer' Fred 21TM133 did ! And Josua from Valencia 30SD171 may not speak much English but he knew how to say 'Boing!'

It would be a sad world if we all liked the same things.sureshot wrote: Oh suppose if its your cup of tea why not A.
Besides, I like tinkering and customising my radios... so an Electronic Monkey board had to be tried, if only to satisfy my curiosity. "Monkey see ... Monkey do" as they say.

I've played with it, but I expect it's more use on AM than either the FM (not at all) or SSB (possibly good).friendly1uk wrote:Compression much use bob?
My main reason for getting the board was the .wav bleep though and I expect most people will feel the same. Nice to have the other features included though... you never know when you might want to set up a Beacon playing "Hallelujah" *every fifty seconds#

Maybe you could simply condition yourself to say "Wotcha talkin bout Willis?" instead of "Over"?

I like the look of the monkey box, but I think it may be too expensive for a toy. Shame about the echo, they could have put something useful on instead, like a robot voice
