Wakefield and District Radio Society will host a Train the Trainers session at our club hq, which is 23rd Wakefield Scouts, (Rear of Methodist Church.) Barnsley Road Wakefield WF1 5NU on Saturday 4th December 2010.
The course is being ran by RSGB President Dave Wilson M0OBW, and we have decided to impose NO CHARGE for the course. We will also be putting on a small buffet for attendees, and the kettle will be on constantly. The course will commence at 09.30 and attendees are advised to arrive by 09.00. It is anticipated that it should finish by 16.00.
We have so far had a fair number of enquiries and bookings, so if your club runs training courses for licences, then it may be in the trainers interest to attend. The course is strictly limited to 50 persons, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Club trainers are advised to e.mail me on [email protected] as soon as possible. Include number of places required, names and callsigns and I will forward their request to our head of training Dave Lockwood G4CLI.
