Yaesu 450d with Lenoxo computer

Just bought this m25s Lenoxo computer and hooked them up. Cannot get Ham radio deluxe to run on it, Computer will not read the radio, Has an X bythe frequency. I had a laptop connected to it befor and just removed it and installed the desk top. Has anyone else had this problem?

Never.
Set communication parameters on new PC.
It's not setting by itself.

You can't have too many antennas...
