Samcom CP-500 Programming ?

Recently bought some Samcom CP-500's quite cheaply but struggling to get the programming software loaded - Norton disallows it as a Threat. They don't seem to be listed in Chirp. Are there any other 'generic' softwares available that they may work with ?
