Need some general eBay UK help

Hi Dougie. Ebay have open an internal case for the issue. I'm curious to know if it's just affecting me , or everyone here. I would never have noticed the problem if a previous buyer of mine hadn't told me. Let's see if they can sort it out.

I think we all know , but eBay are a joke .

Firstly , they open up a support case . Support come back after about 2 minutes and say "Your items can be seen on Ebay.co.uk" . I say "They can't" , and I tell them what they need to do in order to see that they can't be seen . Then they ask for a screenshot , which I send them . Then I get replies from about 6 different agents telling me to repeat the same tests that I did with them last week ...... To be honest I don't think they know themselves what the issue is . What's clear is that they don't want to admit that the problem is theirs . Every time they just try and pass it back to me saying that the listings are wrong . Anyway . It's back with them . What I might do is just start listing my main items directly on Ebay.co.uk specifying that they're being sent from the Spain .
