KPO Mic to Stalker Radio wiring guide needed

Hello to All
i just got a stalker radio
it has the original mic with the red wheel
the mic is not in good condition at all

so i have bought a KPO NM532 power mic

could somebody give me the correct wiring for this please

Also The Radio Has come From The Czech Republic
it was in storage for many years
the output is down
The reason i have been told as follows
During the Russian occupation all radios were turned down to a max of 4 watts output
whether there is any truth in that i dont know so my second question is how to bring the output back up on SSB if anybody can help thanks
