Hi
Just picked up a CRT2000 but its missing a few components, I can find a user manual on line but no schematic or servcie info - its non-exisitent for a fairly modern set.
From what I can see it is missing / problems with
Final
455 filter
1 x capacitor
The power lead has been cut
See attached pic showing the location of the above queries.
If there are any CRT2000 owners on the forum would you mind opening the bottom cover on your rig and confirming the part id shown on the above parts , plus post a pic of your power cable and how it is routed from the stubs of wire i curently have sitting in the radio.
It would really help me aout as due to the lack of info on these I am unable to source any of the parts to fit.
Thanks
Mark

Thanks Ed200sx, really appreciate you doing this.
Can i ask s couple of questions on the powerlead pics, in the last one you have put a red circle, is that related to the positive / negative lead? Also is that just a dual ferrite baed that the wires go into.
thanks again!

many thanks will ignore the circle. On the power lead is that just a piece of ferrite or a component as looks to have white heat synccompound on it.
