Uniden PC66a speaker (and other things?)

I have a Uniden PC66a that I'm currently working on, the speaker is toast, so I am looking for another one. The stock speaker is a 16 ohm 1 watt 3" speaker. Is there anywhere I can find these? All the 3" speakers I am coming across are 8 ohm, or too high of a wattage. I'm assuming that throwing an 8 ohm in would cause issues with a mismatch in impedance, and probably blow the speaker, putting me back to square one.

Is there anyone familiar with which pots do what adjustments for these? I cannot find the manual anywhere, and most of my searches turn up the PC66xl, which is not the same thing from what I can tell.

Sadly no, I should have mentioned it is a square mount.

Is there anywhere I can find information regarding mods to this radio? I've found a couple that only mention power/modulation increases via swapping components, but I am trying to find out about a .005 MHz shift. I was trying to chase down the reason the "Brite/Dim" button didn't appear to be doing anything, and found that it increases the static a bit and shifts .005 MHz down on every channel.

And while tying this, I decided to try something regarding the static, and have found that if the "ANL/NB" button is pressed, it gives me upper channels! This radio just seems to not want to be figured out!

These are the mods I come across everywhere I search. I'm trying to find information on what may have been done to the radio to allow it to have expanded frequencies. I can find nothing regarding the channel mods for this. I'm not trying to undo them, just trying to find out what would have been done so I can proceed with the rehabilitation of this radio.
