K40 Speech Processor Microphone - Using on the new Breed of Radios..?

Ok so I did see a thread a while back about using these mics but can’t seem to find it.. I have a K40 and was wondering if I could use it to good effect on :-

CRT Superstar SS9900
President Grant 2 Premium
President McKinley (latest version)

As these supply voltage ? Does that mean this mic will work as it should .. ?

I have a president Adams too but would have to get that sorted … not by me .. I don’t get on with Soldering

I had one of these back in the 80’s and always like the feel of it.. But tend to use my Teardrop most of the time..

Anyway it’s sitting here and would to make use of it.

Any help / advice always appreciated..
