Whats a good antenna for a scanner ?

Whats a good antenna for a scanner ?

Just bought a uniden ubc125xlt scanner after all the very good reports on this site and many other sites , Now I am after a good home base antenna to put up outside on a pole , My main intrests are air bands civil/military-marine and pmr446 .Can anyone please recommend a good antenna for me to buy ?
