The Cobra 148 GTL-DX is an undoubted classic. There can't be many people in radio land that haven't either used or owned one. I own a couple of 148's and 360 FM's and they still work flawlessly. However....

My favourite radio is the President George. The one I have now isn't my first George or first ever radio, but it's been with me for a very long time. I purchased it new from Knights in March of 2001. So just approaching 17 years in my collection.
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!

Far too many radio's to list here. But I do own a legal one...

Still have my Fidelity homebase bought on the 1st day of legality. I lost the polystryene inserts along the way though but still have the box.

It's all in the name though Sammy...

I have a Philippines 360FM which has an 010-AC board. I've not noticed any difference positive or negative between this one and the older AB version.

You know that diode that's on the solder side of the PCB on PB010AB? It's on the correct side of the board on AC. That's one difference I know.

Didn't know that Tim , but then again I've never really tried to find the differences .

We should be documenting all this for future generations :)

It seems that some Richards do the zeros and some don't. Probably depends a lot on where it was originally sold.
