That's an odd one, an image from somewhere else?
What's on it? Blank carrier, voice, data?

it seem to be an open carrier from 148.500 to 148.5125 better on 148.5125 today, with like the old fire repeaters sounds. E.g TX on 70.712.5 it came out on 146.05 it that sound to me. I have a feeling that it around S/Yorks repeater
It just out of internees to know what it is.
