I'm not sure yet how to put it in list form, yet, but a search of 165 - 470 brought up 9 pages of licensed users in the area, down to Lowestoft. Popping in the bulk standard 8 x 446 channels and 449.3125, 449.400 and 449.475 should pull in a few.
Ship stuff can be heard on the bulk standard marine channels of 0, 6, 12, 14, 16, 67 and 73 plus maybe a few others.
Asda are mainly on 449.400 (although there may be a few stray stores that still have it, not sure) Morrisons and Tesco have it as an option. I've never been in the area so not sure of what is all there.
