Parking attendants (Liverpool Centre) freq/photos inside

I was having a little scan through the bands earlier and came across a nice strong signal on 440.925 FM

I could hear a base calling mobile units and asking for their location, to which they'd reply with what street they were on, from the answers given i could tell it was covering most of the city centre.

Callsigns given were "LV" followed by 3 numbers.

I then heard a call for urgent assistance going out and much to my surprise the street was actually our street, so i quickly got up and looked out the window, after a few seconds i spotted one parking attendant and seen him on the radio, which i could obviously confirm because i could hear him, then another 2 attendants appeared and the guy with the radio got back in the van and drove off (i assume he was the one who responded to the call for urgent assistance)
