459.05000 is generally used for paging, radio modelling, telecommant etc. Did you hear voice coms on this or was it just a CC hit ?

I'm a radio armature who made the switch to ariel none-bio

Hi Tony,

It was a CC hit, without the antenna on, within the store.
I had left scanner in pocket and forgot to switch it off.
I will re-check this one next time i am at the store.
Couldnt say whether it was a pager or a voice component yet. This is a newish store
in Otley.

Alan

ps Im aware of the 459.05 Pager usage, but this scanner has been pretty accurate in the past.

Sainsbury's are listed somewhere abouts as using either 449.3125, 449.400 or 449.475, i.e any of three UK general 449's, tone 146.2k. Let us know if there is any joy.

There is no Simple Site listing for this store in the WTAR yet, but there is for the White Rose Shopping Centre, Ripon, Adel and York.

Hi Tony etc,

Yes u are correct. It was 459.05 and it was a paging sig.My batteries were dead when i got home so i expect that was the reason for the offset. Not had that prob b4.

Rgds,
Alan
