People with MD380s keep saying they're experience motorboating. I must be using mine wrong, it hasn't happened to me once!

Brilliant technical advice from the gang, "go and buy a Kenwood mic"

Not, strip it down and put some shielding tape in there and a bit of cotton wool 2mm from the edge and a 100pf cap from shield to common on the mic element (by the way, none of that is real advice to get rid of it, just a made up example).

Well, just remember to keep it real, keep it safe, and most importantly, keep it on the air. Because that's what amateur radio needs, catchphrases.

So you gave up a good little radio and a growing mode of operation based on one net? :problem:

Yes i gave up a good little radio and yes it probably will grow a little but it won't pass in numbers the amount of Hams who use analogue. Real RF. Not a phone line. Nuff said.
No more discussion from me about this. Bye.
