Superstar 360 (non FM) Channel Pop.

Post by astradyne »

Hi guys.

I love this old 360, but the noise it makes when changing channel does become irritating after a while. It's more of a static click sound than a pop really.

These are similar to the Madison PCB I believe? And with the Madison clipping R225 cures the problem. Will this be the case for the 360?

Thanks chaps.

You can always try it . The resistor on the 360 looks to be R145 . Try removing it and see what happens .

Disclaimer: As has been proven in multiple posts . I don't know what I'm doing , so bear that in mind :)

Thanks Paul.

I'll look into that. It's a belting radio other than this niggle.
