Need help again

Hi guys I need to tighten the antenna socket but don't have the right key. Can someone please tell me what the key is called it's a BNC antenna socket I need to tighten.

It's the nut with the two slots opposite each other.

Can't get into it with pliers it's on my Albrecht hand held but thanks all the same.

If you can post a picture of the part you need to tighten down we might be better armed to advise you of the tool you need to find.

Not sure if it'll help, but you can sometimes put a small flat screwdriver onto a tightening ring/nut and tap it round with say a small hammer to tighten it providing the tip of the s rewdriver can sit in a notch or similar. You can then tighten it a bit at a time even if you can only access a few millimetres.

If this isn't what you're on about, then I'll shut up now ;)

Thanks guys much appreciated think I'll have to take a photo of the nut and post it here later it's for the antenna socket nut on the top of my hand held can't get into tighten it because the case is in the way .

The Collector ur right in what I'm trying I've tried what u said but can't get it tight enough think I'll need the right tool thank all the same hope people under stand what I'm trying to do

I'm not sure what the connector looks like but another tool you could try is some circlip pliers. Google them if you don't know what they are and see if they might work with their little pins on the end.

Thanks Dx-Digger found 6-Inch 70-Degree Bent Long Nose Pliers might do the trick. I'll post a photo of the nut and try to find out the name of the tool. Thanks to all for the help
