Pin 1 is showing 15.3V rather than 13.2V and pin 10 is showing 10.3V rather than 6.6V. Havent checked the rest yet but something dont look right.

My advice, put it on the shelf. I had very tough time with some radios I work with. When I put it away and come back to it after some time I brought it back to life
You can't have too many antennas...
