Hi guys i have just bought said radio from gumtree the radio works great power on ssb is 50w pep but the guy said that he had the fm pwr turned down to 5 watts so he could use a bv 131 linear. I dont use or even own a linear and would like to set the pwr on fm around 30 watts pl;ease can anyone point me in the correct direction as these radios dont have anything printed on the board next to small vr's unlike the any clones..
thanks.

Re: Alinco DR 135 UK help.
You need to set the power to around 10w max on FM and about 25w SSB otherwise the transistors won't last long.
Sorry I can't help with the pots, but I was under the impression that they were marked, albeit in small print.

There is no such thing as a Fidelity 1000 which is too good to scrap.
