Can anyone tell me how to disable the bleep on a PB-010AC president Richard?
I am not worried about having it switchable, but off with no delay where the bleep should be would be perfect.
Also I have swapped the clarifer control for a new one, as the original had the notch removed. How easy it to refit a notch to the old one so that I have a spare?
Many Thanks

Cheers Chris.
Will unsolder one leg of it, so it can be connected back up if needed.

Actually I think I may have found an easier way... I just looked inside and there is a wire soldered into the board with "PEEP" written next to it. I am thinking that will be the roger beep. And if I disconnect the wire it should be switched off.
The PB-010AB didn't have that.

The PB-010AB does indeed have the orange "peep" wire Mr. M. It's the PC-879AA/AB that didn't have it and you had to remove/make switchable the timing capacitor.Mudslinger wrote: ↑30 Dec 2017, 16:24 Actually I think I may have found an easier way... Just cut the orange wire (Or unsolder one end if you're considering returning it to stock at a later date).
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!
