Hello to all anyone seen or know what this is.? And know what it does. ? :ugeek: Found this while surfing on fleabay

Looks like something to do with RTTY from the 1970's.

As g7kxm says, it is indeed to do with RTTY. It's a modem.
The left hand switch selects the shift frequency. You see the common ones are highlighted. The two LEDs marked M & S stand for mark and space. You adjust the RTTY signal so that both LEDs flash together.
The normal and reverse switch is to reverse the frequency of the RTTY signal depending on the TX signal.
