The manual has the transistor as MOS RM3 [Mosfet] so i should imagine an IRF520 [IRF520N], FQP13N10 should work or even an 2SC1969

There are alot of fakes out there though.

2SC1969 is NOT a MOSFET it's a standard RF transistor of 16W

2SC1969 NPN Epitaxial Planar Transistor, 27 MHz,

Just changed the old broke transistor for a irf520 and it put out 12 watts for a few seconds and stop working. Was my transistor a fake ? I thought i would get at least 25 watts output ? I was putting 4 watts in.

Stay away from ebay if you are wanting to buy transistors unless you are buying from knights or farnell or little diode to name a few..hope this helps.
