Hi guys wonder if anyone can shed some light on the colour code of this burned out resistor on a mates old euro cb ev-200 base amp...

Will be difficult to find that resistor value as it is a added mod looking at the cut track around it .

yip i did nitice that this had been done god knows what for...amp still lights up and valve still glows perfect and still swithching to tx but thats it until i find the correct value of the burnd out resistor.

Why don't you just remove the resistor and bridge the cut track.
I will not be commanded, I will not be controlled.
n+1 the formula for working out how many radios you need with n being the current amount.

Or you could try the old valve radio blogs and ask why the end pin on the valve seat would be removed from earth and put through a resistor .

thanks guys got amp working fine again..just removed the resistor ans re solderd the cut track thanks andymuzza for the suggestion.
