Wanted cheap 2MT 70Cmt transceiver for car ???

i am in need of a cheap little 2Mt 79Cmt radio to fit into my car i do not want a handheld, Any thoughts on the subject , What about a LEIXEN VV-898 anyone had or still have one ,I know they are cheap and nasty but do they work ,If not the leixen any other radios i should i consider?

or maybe a second hand wouxon,
so many different brands/unbranded types to choose from new but always a few second hand ones floating around.
