UNIDEN UBC785XLT DESCRIMINATOR TAP USE ???

just bought a UNIDEN UBC785XLT scanner it has had a descriminator tap scocket (looks like extension speaker type scocket) fitted to the rear panel what sort of cable and software will i need to be able to use it on my computer ???

What are you wanting to decode? PDW is for pagers.

what is it possable to decode using what software please ??? i am new to this ???

I would think the best use now would be to decode DMR, Pagers are fun to start with but then get boring. Have a look at DSD+ for Windows.
