Whistler TRX-1 questions

Hi all
I know there are other posts on here regarding this radio but i have a few questions i hope someone could answer

What is the battery life like?
When you are listening to a MOTOTRBO channel on a frequency and there is talking on slot 1 what happens if there is also talking on slot 2 on the same frequency?
Is it a standard headphone jack?

Battery lasts about 8 hrs depending on backlight settings, listening to a busy system, volume setting..

With DMR the first active Time Slot grabs the air, there is a time setting for replies on the same TS, otherwise it is up for grabs again. Can be filtered to only receive one TS, one Colour Code, one Talkgroup and one radio ID..

Has a 3.5mm stereo headset jack that puts mono in both ears, headset jack can also be selected as a discriminator output..

Comparison photograph to show size difference between UBCD3600XLT and WS1088. The white marks around the screens of both scanners is just a cheap screen protector. The TRX-1 has the same body as the 1088 but has a rubber cover. Both the Uniden and the Whistler are roughly the same depth of about 30mm..
