DMR (Mototrbo) gives you 2 repeaters channels for the price of a single channel.

Nope, SW/PW isn't my idea of 'good stuff', and for the record, Mototrbo isn't DMR, and DMR isn't Mototrbo, they are compatible to a degree, but not the same animal.

[PEDANTIC]Nope, SW/PW isn't my idea of 'good stuff', and for the record, Mototrbo isn't DMR, and DMR isn't Mototrbo, they are compatible to a degree, but not the same animal.[/PEDANTIC]

Both uniden and Whistler have recently announced DMR upgrades for their flagship scanners
