Motorola RICK cables

Hi all,

I need to connect my old Moto RICK to two aging GM300's to make up a simple repeater but I have no leads to connect it, I can make some up but just wondering what pins actually need to be connected for TX and RX, I'm sure I remember that not all 16 pins are needed??
