Re: DP4800 Programming Cable?????
Maybe it's one of those out of stock things where they just make it a stupid price so no one buys while they're waiting for more stock?

Definitely not worth £150. I got mine for £40 off ebay. Look around and you should find it for a decent price.

Re: DP4800 Programming Cable?????
It looks like it a out of stock thing, I remember looking at an item that was a crazy price and emailed the seller, the reply was that when out of stock they just put a crazy price on it so no one buys any until stock is in and they readjust the price.
saves them listing it again etc.

Wait a minute , where did you get the price of a £150 from ? that's to high priced for a genuine Motorola cable .
you should be paying between £58 and £65 which is the normal kind of price that ive seen .

I suspect they are talking about this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-USB-OEM-P ... 3f252338cc
though as pointed out it's likely a stock management price, when they are back, the 1 will be dropped from the price

Re: DP4800 Programming Cable?????
That's not a genuine cable either , its one of the nice cheap Chinese copys
buy the genuine and you never have any problems or risk bricking your radio when in programming mode cause just like the saying says you buy cheap you end up paying a lot more out in the long run mate
