Hi , just wondering if there is any uk sellers that supply the vhf model, ebay is ok but your waiting 2-3 weeks from hongkong, and any seller iv seen online is looking £150 from uk? any help

i personally used www.hamdmr.co.uk and dealt with Adam and fair play customer service and support is second to none!!! and they chucked in the prgramming lead for me ! and USB stick with codeplug and Programming software! all for £150 i think? and next day delivery!

He is asking for the VHF model not the UHF one. 99% of stocks are the UHF version (even the eBay one above).

Over £50 more to get it from a UK dealer! The same is most likely true with the VHF version. I know 409shop sells VHF ones and you can buy faster postage for slightly more. That would probably be the most cost effective way of getting it quickly.

409shop are very good to deal with and as stated they will do a fast postage option to the UK and will give you a quote if you contact them. I purchased a Yaesu handy off them a while ago and paid extra for 3 day postage from Hong Kong to south Wales. I cant remember how much more it was but was still significantly cheaper than any UK seller and I was given a tracking number, so watched it all the way from Hong Kong to the UK online.

I highly recommend them myself having bought loads off them in the past few years - radios, speaker mics, antenna, etc, with no problems whatsoever.

i ordered a vhf model off 409 shop on ebay vhf radio 2 batteries and usb for 110 quid i ordered it on 24th august and im still waiting on it to arrive, today is the 24th september, i tracked the parcel and it arrived in the uk on the 11th september not sure what the hold up is i contacted ebay about it and if i dont recieve it by 1st october im covered by the money back garantee, anyone else ever had bother waiting on parcels to arrive, im in northern ireland
