Vertex VX231 software

Anybody know where I can get the software, think its FIF-12 for these radios? Am googling but only finding places in the USA wanting to sell it for $100.

There's a place on ebay selling the cable and software for £25 (+£7 postage)

Aye I found it ona Russian website, software in English, put it on an old xp machine, works fine.

Got the two vx radio programmed fine.
