DP3600 stunned?

Hi, if you stun a DP3600 is the result that the radio powers up and then the display goes blank and no radio functions? - reboot and same etc.

I ask because I got one that did this, I read it, reprogrammed it with same codeplug and the problem went away and radio now good again.

It must have been either stunned or killed.
