Those Motorola EXreme sets at Argos are not true 16 channels, just the normal 8 plus the same 8 with CTCSS, so beware.

Took a peek in the manual - one has to activate channel 9-16 manually...

"Note:
Your radio has eight channels by default. In countries where 16
channels are allowed, you can activate Channels 9 to 16 with the
following steps:

1. Press Menu until the channel number starts to flash.
2. Press and hold down + and - simultaneously for 3 seconds
until you hear a beep and “16 CH” is displayed briefly"

£120 a pair isn't exactly good value tho' for half a watt.
The perfect face for radio.

A few weeks back i bought a pair of Floureon 16ch 446 radios.. 1w or 500mw... USB charging.. £11.39 delivered from UK....
So far so good
